I have practiced photography since I was 10 (back when they put film in cameras) and went on to minor in photography in college and graduate school. I spent many hours in the darkroom, studied Ansel Adams’ Zone System, dabbled with Pinhole photography, and have become an expert in photo editing and image reconstruction in Photoshop and Lightroom. I worked at Carnegie Museum and especially enjoy band and pet photo shoots. I have even gotten into iPhone photography because it brings me back to the basics of composition.
